Speedy until touched SA soil

Ordered a package on Amazon on the 7th of February, which left New York on the 15th. This package made it to Joburg and left Joburg on the 17th, and has yet to be updated (today is the 22nd). I contacted support, with a guarantee of hearing back within 48 hours, but of course, after over 48 hours, I have heard nothing back. For whatever reasons there may be, the simple answer is just do better.
