South African Couriers are... South African Couriers. Substandard!

This company is a joke.

Did you lose a package? They do not give a flying f*ck about it. You lose your money.

They take FOREVER to deliver their parcels, and they often just say "we cannot find the very obvious address, so let's make people wait"

The customer service is a joke, too. Just finding their phone number is difficult. Do not even get me started with their tracking. I get that the government makes it difficult for companies to stay open over the weekends, but these courier companies need to be open 7 days a week because they are always getting backllogged.
