Sorry excuse of a delivery company

What bull**** courier service is this? Got an email Saturday informing me that they would be delivering my parcel later in the day. I was very upset as Evetech's website said it would take 5 - 6 working days for delivery which would make the delivery on a Tuesday which is why I chose my work address as the delivery address. So I logged a request ticket on their website (to which I have had no response either) since there was no after hours or emergency number available.

Today I tracked my parcel on their website and saw that it was out for delivery. Time passed and No delivery, I waited until around 15:00 then I phoned the Sandton branch to esquire about the status of my delivery. First I waited in queue for 6 minutes then I got cut off. I phoned again and after about 5 minutes someone finally answered. I spoke to Anisi and asked her to check with the driver where he is as I might leave early today. She told me that the driver should be in my area 16:00. I waited and waited but no call and no delivery guy.

Got home and phoned Sandton branch again to find out what the hell is going on. Again I waited in queue for 6 minutes then got cut off. I redialed the number but again the same, no answer 17:00 even though their website shows they are open until 18:00.

This is beyond pathetic and I am absolutely disgusted with this sorry excuse of a delivery company.
