Someone is not doing their job. Extremely annoyed

It’s been a month since my package has arrived. and I still have not received it. I contacted them two weeks ago to find out when I would receive my package I was told that I had to wait for customs to test my product so it can be released. I contacted them last week and I was told that it would take 4 to 5 days for the inspection and for the parcel to be released it’s been five days and now I’m being told I just have to wait until they release it when they release it. Why give me a turnaround time if you won’t stick to i?? the agents say different things every time I contact Aramax I’m so annoyed. One agent will say 24 to 72 hours the other agent who say five days.I’m so annoyed I I never wanna use the service again.
