SO useless and stay useless - Aramex you are failing

Aramex issues an email that I need to provide my ID number for a customs clearance. Interesting enough the other transport companies providing services for goods purchased from Amazon do not request this info every time. Now for the interesting part. the reply to email is a non reply email address and the one issued fore queries *** also does not work. Now where on this earth must I issue the info to even called Aramex with a switchboard only referencing a the APP, which does not have the ability to issue the ID number there as well.
