So disappointed

I honestly don't know how to feel my goodness I just got off a call telling me I won't be reimbursed 1k gone just like that, I have to refund a client so am at lost for 2k ,wow axamex has no idea where my package is, the tracking number is unless the other agent kept telling me it has not be picked up yet even thou its now 5 day ,I'm crying and feel defeated
