Endless hassles with globel shopper, parcel takes way longer than DHL.

My parcel has taken over 2weeks with globel shopper to reach me.

What's the point I'm paying the same rate as DHL Express yet with a slower service.

My parcel cleared customed and I made Online globel app payment was via credit yet they asking me for proof of payment.

I tried calling the CPT office all day they were off line, and when I call now they looking for proof of payment. How can you need proof of payment when ur app sends me an email saying you received my payment.

It's frustrating dealing with the delays as it puts my customers order out.
