Slow service must be their new slogan

my parcel has been stuck at one hub for more than 5 days, I phoned them and they told me that they will escalate the problem. it has been 2 days and still no progress from them.

I order 2 items the one item was delivered within a week the second item has been with them for almost a month without any progress
