Slow delivery and unprofessional

Aramex South Africa is so disappointing,my package arrived in south Africa last week thursday03/09/2026 and there was no updates or nothing only received a massage to pay duties on08/09/2026 I paid and it was realisedby customs,it’s Wednesday today and calling them trying to find out if I’ll reactive the package by Friday they tell me no I’ll only get it next week!! Why should I wait so many days
