Slow delayed, and very disappointing, absolutely no logic around their deliveries

Aramex is very disappointing, they have been keeping my package and don't send it out for delivery for no absolute reason, now I am being told I will get the package after the long weekend, why did it not go for delivery today if it was an overnight delivery and it's even in the city, not far from where the package is. They are very poor, don't think I would ever recommend then
