Slooooooooow

The only reason you get 1 star is because we don't have the option to give you negative stars. Your parcel tracking is a joke, your app can't tell me, your call centre can't tell me, your website can't tell me. Why do you even offer an over night option. It should just be: "delivery times usually 24 to 87600 hours." Why do you people even offer "customer service"? If your customer service department was headed by North American lake sturgeon, they would at least be able to tell me where my parcel is. NO ONE RESPONDS TO YOUR EMAILS! Why don't we just go back to the stone age and carve crude images into the cave walls tell the next tribe that it's been 5 winters since we ordered. I'm sure it will be faster than waiting for a reply from you guys.
