Shut Down Aramex South Africa Please!

Aramex has not delivered my parcel with the tracking number DBP*** in 4 weeks,at first my parcel was not found on their system then after calling them several times it was said to be stuck in their Johannesburg branch because they couldn't find the recievers address,now they claim to not have been able to reach my client to deliver the parcel.I do not recommend anyone uses aramex to handle their logistics,you will loose your best clients and it will drag your company down!
