I completed the collection details via their App, which is difficult and inaccurate during the Covid Lockdown, the company cancelled my international package courier of the Quoted R3748.08 - and proceeded to send me a new estimate over email of over R24 000.00, which I couldn't afford. So I cancelled - but have still not received a refund or any assistance for my bank to reverse the charge. Their complaints protocol over their website has given me no feedback, no reference number and no proof that i have laid a complaint. I've spoken to Austin Milan and Thelosan Naidoo from South Africa, who have subsequently Ghosted my emails, and do not respond to any of my requests.

This company is a JOKE, a bunch of thieving *********, pretending to be a professional international courier.
