Shockingly bad service and rediculous customs fees!!

Shockingly bad service!! Don't try to call their offices, they are becoming worse than Telkom. You hang on for ages and then the person transfers you somewhere else, then the process starts all over again, you wait and you wait. Eventually you hang up and try again later, only to get dissapointed again.

They also give you the idea that they doing you a favor by trying to help you. Where are the days of putting the customer first?

The customs fees on some items are just rediculous. I bought a 68 dollar item from China but its costing me close to R2500 in import cost. I raised a query via email but they don't bother to return your emails.
