Shocking service with no resolution

I am very disappointed with Aramex South Africa. My package from a vet in Pretoria was collected last week Monday (25th of November) and got to the warehouse in Pretoria (26th of November). I am still waiting for my package to be delivered as to date, over a week later. I phone every single day spending my money to get an update on what is happening and I her told that someone will call me back every single time and no one ever calls me. I cannot understand how it takes over a week for my package to be delivered and still no resolution or delivery date in sight. I will never use this courier service again or recommend it.
