Shocking service & pure lack of customer care

I’ve been waiting for 14 days for a parcel that was meant to be delivered in 2-5 days. Customer service agents have told me that the parcel is ‘probably in Johannesburg’ sitting Unscanned at the warehouse end will ‘hopefully’ be delivered soo .. I see social media shows the same complaints, yet you issue no responses. Good businesses care about their customers and their service level... aramex certainly does not!! I am shocked that you still take people’s money and parcels when you have No capacity to deliver! I will certainly never use you service again and will be sure to spread word on your incompetence
