Shocking service from Aramex

Frustrating experience with Aramex, 3 of my shipments arrived in December 2020 to date I still have not received my parcels. I’ve made full payments for all the invoices and the system has not updated. Phone calls and emails to follow up but I don’t get anywhere, poor service and I’ll definitely not use Aramex ever again!!!
