Shocking service from aramex

A delivery was scheduled to a customer at the beginning of December and it was still not being delivered. There was two attempts but in both instances no attempt to contact the person was made. And yet a simple phone call would have sufficed as she was home. The last update is the 10th December. Nothing since?? I have tried calling several times but never get through and I have tried emailing but my emails never get responded too. I want to know where my parcel is????
