Shocking service from Aramex. Package was supposed to be delivered on my son's 21st birthday. 27 hours later it still wasn't delivered. Despite numerous attempts at querying it, no-one did anything useful to resolve the problem. Phones just ring or cut you off, apps don't work, tracking details are not updated, promises are unfulfilled, complaints websites don't work. ARAMEX wake up and look at Hellopeter!! You've lost yet another customer.
