SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! COMPANY DOSEN'T CARE!!!

"NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY"!!! This is all you need to know about thier service. Parcel supposed to be delivered to Welkom, was in fact delivered to "someone" in Bloemfontein, this is despite me putting an EXTRA sticker on the packet with ALL DELIVERY DETAILS etc. Have been using Aramex for 5 years, and send approximately 50 packets per month. Recent monthly losses due to RANDOMLY DELIVERED OR DISAPPEARED packets, has now become too cost prohibitive and am forced to discontinue using this shockingly DISINTERESTED COMPANY. "NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY" This says it ALL!!!
