SHOCKING SERVICE AND LOST DOCUMENTS

Absolutely shocking service! I would not recommend using Aramex for courier services. I did not receive my requested documentation collection. Upon query, no one could ascertain where the documents were. The waybill reflected that the driver delivered the documents to the incorrect address and/or cannot be located, resulting in me having to pay for the documents again. Aramex also refused to reimburse me for the duplicate payments. I will never use Aramex again.
