Shocking service always use fedex

Worst courier service ever. Vowed never to use them again after multiple awful experiences Unfortunately the sender used them without knowing this time and again, as before, the service is shocking My parcel, 2-3 days delivery, has now been there for 2 weeks. No emails to make payments until i called, then no updates, and now my ID number which is 100% correct is an issue. NEVER AGAIN
