Shocking Service

Shocking!! I'm very angry at this point. I was notified that a package had been detained by customs for payment verification. I was in contact with a representative from Aramex to whom I sent all the relevant info. Sadly after a over a week of sending multiple messages pleading for any info in the status of my package, the rep has failed to respond and my package is still in detainment and now could face "warehouse/storage fees". All I'm asking for is a response! This is ridiculous!
