Shocking service

Absolutely appalled by their service, waiting on a delivery since beginning of December and just get no answers. Get told it's a pre clearance.. I paid duties on the 6th December and not even an update since then, their call centre is just as useless... thanks aramex now I must explain to an 8 year old why her Christmas presents won't be here.. Don't know how they can advertise fast service when they don't give it.
