Shocking service

Shockingly poor service. Was assisted at Pick & Pay by a lady who logged me in on my phone to the digital app which I completed & submitted. Unable to track any movement by the following day, on contacting Aramex was told there was no delivery address. BS! The app would not have submitted the without complete detail. Another contact advised my writing was illegible - on an electronic app?? After raising he'll, a message received "on it's way" followed shortly by "successfully delivered". Only it WAS NOT ! Dishonesty is disgusting. I'll never use or recommend Aramex.
