Shocking Service

My parcel left on the 27.12. At P&P from Somerset Mall to Elysium South Coast. I was promissed to have it delivered by the 31.12 family left for Europe on the 2nd. No parcel arrived No telephone number to contact. Staff should advise customers that Aramax works only Mon.-Friday No delivery on Saturdays. I managed to redirect from the depot in Dbn the parcel to my home address in Sandton and it arrived on the 9th eventually. Thank goodness for that. I should have looked at Hallo Peter for a review first. Thank you Hallo Peter
