SHOCKING SERVICE

I actually need to restate the above … NO SERVICE!!

Handed in my parcel at a Dropbox located at Pick n Pay New Redruth. ONE WEEK later and the parcel is still in the box … i.e. no pickups done for a whole week. I have a client that’s accusing me of the worst imagineable things … as the parcel is not tracking!

You contact Aramex and are told they have been doing pickups. Please stop lying and pull up your “socks”

This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
