Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Item sitting in Jhb for a week. When contacted (after holding for 20 min) I was advised package was in Durban, I contacted Durban who advised me my package was in Jhb. Contacted Jhb who said they would sent it immediately. 2 days later it is still in Jhb and no one is getting back to me. I have lost clients due to their poor delivery and lack of knowledge regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. Not recommend!!!
