shocking service

Do not use this company if you can avoid it. Unfortunately Amazon does use them and now 3 times in a row my package takes one or two days to arrive from America and then sits with Aramex while they wait for my ID number. This time I have provided it to them 4 times. I have verified that it is in the system and still my package sits at O.R. Tambo. They then want you to speak to their customs people. Yesterday I phoned the number they gave me to call for the entire day and all I got was a recording until the call dropped each time. I have now started the same thing today. When I get the chance I use DHL or Fedex and NEVER have these issues. This company is really ****.
