Shocking Service

<p>Today again after numerous previous service complaints my parcel was not delivered. They offer a service to receive your parcel the next day before 12 and 5 out of 10 times I use Aramex they do not deliver on time. When you do call the call centre they hold you on the line for over 20 min – just to tell you they going on lunch now and won’t attend to the matter further. I would like a reference number to show every time we do have a problem so that I can keep track of the number of time we complain. Unfortunately the service provider keeps on using Aramex and the service keeps on disappointing customers.</p>
