Shocking lack of service

I am sorely disappointed by the poor service provided by Aramex. I checked on line and my package was out for deliver on the 6th (7 days ago). When I call to check they said the delivery vehicle had issues- no one updated me. I have been on the phone waiting for an update for almost 15 minutes. Absolutely shocking and disappointing. I would not recommend them as a courier service at all.
