Shocking!

I reported a missing parcel to Aramex exactly 13 days ago. I received a call from Emelia on Friday the 23rd, however, due to me being in a meeting I instructed her to email me. Days went by and I did not hear from her. I sent 2 follow-up emails requesting feedback on the missing parcel. She just called me now and has absolutely no idea what's going on. She doesn't even know we are dealing with a missing parcel case. I am in total disbelief that it is 2 weeks later, and I still haven't received an update on the matter. She is an absolute disgrace to your company.
