Shocking, deplorable customer service

Please can someone from aramex South Africa contact me about my parcel. It contains travel documents that I need for a flight tomorrow. I can’t get an update, log service calls with no reply. Tracking the parcel via the app website gives me bogus information about attempted delivery ****rue as there was absolutely no attempt at delivery because someone was at home the entire day in question and security verified that no one tried to deliver anything) there are no phone numbers to call and no response to any support query. Aramex this is absolutely shocking!!! You are going to cost me an international flight!!!
