Shocking delivery service

This is the second parcel Aramex have failed to deliver with excuse of 'no complex name'. I don't stay in a complex, my address is a straight forward street address. I don't understand this excuse when drivers are supposed to be skilled navigators. Driver claims he phoned me, no missed calls whatsoever. Like I said this is the second time delivery has failed due to no complex name. The second time! Must write my address out as no complex, followed by the actual street address to get a parcel delivered? I canceled appointments today to be at home to accept delivery, and no show. Now I am going to have cancel appointments again tomorrow. And who knows, despite all the technology we have if the driver will actually deliver because there is no complex name. I am absolutely dumb founded. Service is just shocking! Small businesses, if I were you, I would not make use of Aramex. It going to affect your business reputation negatively.
