Shocking courier service - Aramex

The absolutely worst courier service EVER. Handed parcel in on 1st June and parcel has mysteriously disappeared. Staff are useless, do not return calls. Manager Peter no better than his staff. Beautiful hand knitted gift for a baby, irreplaceable, seems not likely to ever reach its destination. Will never recommend and never use again. Shocking beyond words.
