SHOCKING

Aramex collected a parcel on 23 May, overnight delivery, on 28th my customer was still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. I have phoned to follow up on the parcel. all they say is we will phone you back, next day same story, next day i phoned again, "let me check for you" What have you been doing for 3 days???? Still no answer. No one can tell me where my parcel is?? My customer has a breakdown and need this part urgently and ARAMEX Customer Service are SHOCKING!!
