Shocked by the lack of service received

Good day, i was supposed to receive my package on the 28th of November according to aramex tracking site after it arrived in SA on the 26th of Nov. After numerous phone calls and emails i still havenot received my package and we are going away soon. I want this delivered ASAP as this is ridiculous waiting so long for a package that your company received on the 26th of November already. *** We were dealing with Phindile Majozi but still we are not getting our package nor feedback
