Ships item to wrong city, and cant get it fixed !

My item was shipped from Polokwane and was supposed to be delivered to me in Cape Town. But they misrouted it and shipped and attempted to deliver it in Johannesburg. I do not understand how this can be as the waybill CLEARLY states CAPE TOWN. Now i can get them to fix the issue and have the item routed and delivered to me in Cape Town. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. This is the second time in two months that you have completely dropped the ball.

Kindly accept our apologies in this regard . The parcel has been redirected to Cape Town and it is out for delivery this morning.

Kindly be advised the problem with the delivery was due to the postal code not noted on the waybill and we have the same suburb in Johannesburg as well as in Cape Town .
