Shipping stuck they don’t care

Soo my shipment is stuck with these guys now since 14/03/2022. They need to send me a payment link but they don’t sent it to me. The call center even mailed someone there to send the link its 2 days now nothing. I even Mail them nothing…. How is that for service?
