Shipment not being released

I ordered an football kit for my son from Global Shopex and payed for the shipment and clearance of the item, Rowan Daniell emailed me and threated to destroy the item if clearance payment was not payed! We sent Rowan Daniell the invoice that payment was made, we have been waiting for 4 days for Rowan Daniell to clear this up with no progress! The item was payed for on the 3rd December and was going to be a present for meant 6 year old son who is football mad! I just wish I had a look at their online rating before!
