Shipment Detained and Delayed

I am disappointed at how slow the progress on my shipment has been. I have used Aramex for several years now and this is the first time I would say I am receiving really bad and poor service. I have an order from abroad that got stuck with Aramex. I had to call 3 times in 3 days to get an invoice. I paid ridiculously over priced charges because I want my shipment to be delivered.

I paid on the 28th of September and I have not received my shipment to date. Last week Friday they said it's detained by customs. I don't understand why customs would hold my parcel fpr so long.

I am very disappointed to say the least.
