shein . a menace with peoples emotions and time

horrible simply ********** service. they don't answer their phones and if they do they just transfer you to another department till you give up. I currently have an order from shein ordered 2 months ago and i am still waiting . its tracking number is *** . I've lost all hope . people who have ordered after me have already received theirs . festive season ruined. not to mention their courier charges are insane .
