I would give them 0 stars if i could.

I used to love how convenient Aramex was but wow... their service is the absolute worst.I have weekly issues with parcels.

Parcels from November hasn't been delivered yet. Their customer service is absolutely ********** . Losing parcels for a clients wedding which is tomorrow. NO feedback from them. No effort into rescheduling delivery for parcels when the receiver isn't available. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
