Shame on you Aramex

The worst courier service ever! I've been waiting since the 23rd of February 2023 for my parcel from Pretoria. After two follow-ups, still no sign. Their tracking app keeps saying it's been checked in and due for processing. To this day, after paying both for the order and courtiers fee, no apology. Even a 1 star is too much for this review. I'll insist on Postnet for all future orders.
