Shame on aramex South Africa !!!

I have been waiting for my parcel that I ordered online from the 4 April and have been in contact with someone from aramex ever since . After many emails, and calls , all they can tell me is that it is still with customs . I called yesterday and after being put through to so many different people and restating my tracking number several times all they said is that it is under inspection at customs but after I checked status it says awaiting customer instructions. My question is that do they even contact customs ? Almost 2 months later and I am still awaiting delivery. This is very frustrating and disappointing and I have read so many similar reviews. Deeply disappointed with aramex South Africa . What is happenening to all the goods not delivered ?? After so many complaints , you would think the would make an effort to improve . It’s seems like our orders are disappearing !!!! I want my shipment and I demand some answers. No customer care at all!
