My sister posted a package from Bloemfontein on Sunday, the package was collected on the 30th of August and was expected for delivery on Tuesday. Nothing. On the 1st of September it shows that the courier van was at our home for delivery however that is NOT true at all. No call was made to inform us that they are in front of our home.
