Service is pathetic

Pathetic service receiving from Aramex SA, no one cares, my parcel got to SA on the 25th of July 2019 and still to date nothing has happened, every time I phone I am told of a different story, they find every excuse in the book to delay my shipment. Then to top it all you get told it not Aramex delaying the parcel but they are the middle man, mxm
