Service is Incredibly Bad

Since June last year I cannot remember a time when services are urgently required from Aramex South Africa - Pretoria branch that there were no hiccups. It is a constant battle and one that is deeply disappointing. Words fail me as I write this e-mail because I think to myself when companies render such horrible service, after horrible service after horrible service without shame or regret what is happening in this country? Are we saying the motive for profit negates superior service? Is Aramex too comfortable in the market that so many complains from a small fry organisation like ours matter not? <br> <br> Completely at my wits end.
