Service from Hell

I ordered an item off Nike that was to be delivered by Aramex. I have already had a bad experience with them but this one is the worst as Nike chose them to deliver my items. 1st the items did not arrive on time before Christmas and I was told it’s because there is no customs clearance. I had to on my own get the customs clearance and have it submitted when this was not my job instead that of Aramex. I then drove to their main depo in Libro park to fetch my parcel as I couldn’t wait. The most helpful people at this company was the security guards at the gate they are calm collected and understand customers grievances and this isn’t part of their job description. But I guess dealing with unhappy customers has become part of their job as their was 6 other cars waiting outside for their packages. I was then told my package is on the way from the airport and I came back at 18h00 when the truck is supposed to arrive with those packages. This waiting was in the rain let me remind you and again the most caring people was the security guards the call centre staff, drivers and rest of the team are useless. They fail to communicate many of them knocked off early I watched them leave the site and others were riding the back of panel Vans where there was no seats instead just flat floor. I will never use Aramex again and I’m going to petition Nike and other companies to stop using their services and instead switch to DHL.
