**** service!

I am deeply disappointed by the terrible service received by Aramax. I will never recommend anyone to make use of their service again. My package clearly states the address " Laerskool Hennopsrivier". Aramax ships it to HennopsMere, did no one go to school at Aramax to learn how to read? I logged a complaint on Friday because the package was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday the 9th already, someone was going to call me back. No one called. I called again on Friday afternoon. No one knows where my package is...So this morning the 15th of Feb 2021 I call you call center and I have been holding for over 10minutes just to speak to Someone, then you cut my call off!!! Terrible service!! I already paid for the delivery, NO DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!! DBP***
